1. Agreement:
By using our website and purchasing from Tukkathyme, you agree to these terms. Tukkathyme reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Orders:
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
3. Payment:
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Prices include GST and are shown in NZD.
4. Competitions & Vouchers

Competition prizes and vouchers are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

The winner of each competition will be notified via email and/or social media.

Unless otherwise stated, discount vouchers are valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed before the stated expiry date.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

Only one voucher code may be applied per order.

Tukkathyme reserves the right to modify or withdraw competitions and vouchers at any time.

All decisions regarding winners and eligibility are final.
5. Subscription Plans:
Where applicable, subscription plans provide a 7% discount and renew automatically unless cancelled by the customer prior to the next billing date.
6. Accounts:
Users may register an account for convenience. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.
7. Product Use:
Our products are designed as complementary pet food. They are not intended to diagnose or treat health conditions. Consult a veterinarian for dietary advice. Tukkathyme products are intended for dogs and other pets only and are not suitable for human consumption.

10. Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of our site or products.
