1. Delivery Area:

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

2. Delivery Methods:

Orders are fulfilled via Post Haste, NZ Post, or Aramex (through Zappy).

 

3. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. We manufacture in small batches to ensure our product stays fresh and nutritious. If there are any delays in processing due to production or stock availability, we will communicate this promptly via email.

4. Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees vary based on your delivery location, parcel weight, and volumetric size. Final costs will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders over a certain amount, where applicable. Rural surcharges apply.

5. Tracking:

A tracking link will be sent upon dispatch. Please note that we are not liable for courier delays once the item leaves our facility.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels:

If your parcel is missing or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at info@tukkathyme.co.nz with your order number and photos (if applicable).
