Returns and Refunds Policy

Tukkathyme complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

1. Return Eligibility:

As our products are perishable, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. However, we understand that not all dogs may respond the same to our products. If your dog refuses to eat the food, or if you have concerns about the quality, we're happy to discuss your situation. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to explore possible solutions.

 

2. Notification:

To initiate a return or raise a concern, please email us at info@tukkathyme.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the request, and relevant photos if applicable.

 

3. Refunds:

If a return or refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or credit instead of a refund.

 

4. Subscription Cancellations:

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Once a subscription item has shipped, it is not eligible for refund.

 

5. Disputes:

If you’re unsatisfied with the resolution, please contact us directly at info@tukkathyme.co.nz. We aim to handle all concerns in good faith and with your dog’s best interest in mind.
